The Happys

The Happys are a bay area band composed of four twenty-something-year olds-playing dysfunctional Surf Pop-Punk/Grunge.

Founded By Nick Petty and completed by Brett Brazil, Alex Sanchez and Ben Moore. The Happys Acquired a reputation with their rowdy live performances. The Happys found themselves touring with artists such as Mad Caddies, Agent Orange & Del the Funky Homosapien.

The Happys released their latest EP, Bipolar, in June 2018. Enjoy & stay happy. Since their 2016 debut album Trippin, The Happys have embodied a vulnerability, setting their honest painful feelings of addiction to a wildly joyful surf-grunge sound. Their second release ‘Bipolar’ focuses on mental health awareness and “Cutting the bullsh*t out of your life”.

The Happys were formed in the Bay Area. By Songwriter Nick Petty who grew up writing music his whole life. Starting his career after overcoming addiction, depression and incarceration, powerful even strange songs started to form. Influenced heavily by Hip Hop and Grunge. The Happys went through a number of players and  solidified the line up with Brett Brazil, Alex Sanchez, Ben Moore and Nick Petty. 

The Happys have shared the stage with The Mad Caddies, Agent Orange, Del the Funky Homosapien among others. They are managed by Rick Bonde of Tahoe Artists Agency who has broken acts such as Blink 182, Sublime, Reel Big Fish, Monophonics and Brothers Comatose.
