The creative forces behind Northern Disconnection take inspiration from
the coastal forests of their Northern California home, and strive to
transport their audience away from the stress of always-online modern
life for a few hours each show. The band's sonic melting pot
incorporates sounds from psychedelic rock, folk, blues, and jazz.
Northern Disconnection's sets feature original songs as well as their
own take on the music of various influences and inspirations, including
the Grateful Dead, Bob Dylan, Chuck Prophet, and Eric Clapton.
