Noelle Glory
Noelle Glory is a powerhouse vocalist and entertainer. Born in Charlotte, North Carolina and now living in the Bay Area in California. Raised by her single mother in the rough streets of the Tenderloin in San Francisco, she started her artistic journey very young through dance. Training and performing with the San Francisco Ballet and Future Shock Hip-Hop Dance Troupe. Noelle fell in love with the stage at that point, and knew then this was her home, and where she wanted to thrive. In her late 20s, Noelle dived into acting, singing and dancing performing in many local musical theater productions across the Bay Area; including shows produced by Broadway by The Bay and 42nd Street Moon Productions. She has studied voice with the Voice Studio in SF and Blue Bear School of Music. She has studied acting at The American Conservatory Theater and City College of San Francisco and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Radio and Television from SF State University.
Currently performing with The Bay Area's premier ska/rocksteady band, SOUL SKA, two-time winner of BEST BAND by the Pacific Sun Magazine's Reader's Poll in 2020 and 2021, Noelle Glory has had the opportunity and honor to open for legendary artists such as Jimmy Cliff, The English Beat, Ernest Ranglin, Yellowman, Israel Vibrations, Joey Quinones and Don Carlos just to name a few. She’s also had the honor of sharing stages with Angelo Moore of Fishbone, Bob Weir of The Grateful Dead; and even shared the basketball court, singing the National Anthem for the Champion Golden State Warriors Basketball Team in 2010. Steph Curry wished her "Good Luck" before singing the anthem. A moment she will never forget! She’s performed at the top music venues in the Bay Area, such as The Fillmore, The Independent, Great American Music Hall, Sweetwater Music Hall, The Ritz in San Jose, Boom Boom Room and more!
Noelle Glory’s mezzo-soprano vocals are smooth and deep, exuding hints of rock, jazz and buttery soul. Her tone is rich and her voice is versatile singing between different genres effortlessly. Noelle Glory enjoys connecting with her audience through music in a fun and organic way. You might even catch her jumping into the crowd to dance with her fans! Along with her own solo project, Noelle Glory also performs with the following notable bands on the scene - SOUL SKA, The Rebel Tones, Jethro Jeremiah Band, Stymie & The Pimp Jones Luv Orchestra, Oakadelic, Lantz Lazwell and The Vibe Tribe, Andre Cruz & Chris Lujan Project and many more! Noelle Glory is available for private events, corporate parties and weddings and can provide a solo, duo, trio or full band package.
