Mookie Siegel
Mookie plays piano, organ, accordion, and various keyboard instruments. He is a founding member and mainstay of the legendary David Nelson Band and has been a regular figure in the Bay Area music scene since the early 90’s. Mookie hails from Baltimore and currently resides in Marin County California and has been performing and recording with noteworthy artists within and outside of the jam band scene for over 30 years. Some notable associations are: New Riders of the Purple Sage, Bob Weir and Ratdog, Phil Lesh and Friends, Jerry Joseph and the Jackmormons, Donna Jean Godchaux and the Tricksters, Kingfish, Steve Kimock, Tommy Conwell and the Young Rumblers, The Rowan Brothers, Ghosts of Electricity, Cris Jacobs, and many more.
